Tin Lee is the Senior Director of Owner Relations and Sustainability for Marriott International in Greater China. In her Sustainability role, she leads the region to support the company’s global goal to reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. She plays a key role in Greater China’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts, partnering closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, drive awareness and implement initiatives. Since taking on her expanded role in Sustainability in 2023, the company has received several notable recognitions in Greater China, including from Bloomberg Green, Condé Nast and The Paper. She also spearheaded the partnership with China Hotel Association in drafting ESG Guidelines for the hospitality industry.
