He previously served as ESG expert for Fitch Ratings-Fitch Solutions in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region, Associate Director of Greater China for Morningstar Sustainalytics, and China business representative for the East Africa region of Control Risks Group. He has accumulated profound experience in front-line project and company operation management. He has helped guide securities firms, banks and companies to integrate ESG and sustainable financial solutions, and actively participated in consultation on domestic and foreign standards. He has been deeply involved in a number of influential overseas sustainable green financing projects, ESG rating acquisition services for Pre-IPO companies, ESG rating improvement of listed companies, and risk management of iconic investment projects along the “Belt and Road”.
