Lucky Chan has successively served as Managing Director and Vice President of Wyndham Hotel Group's Greater China, President of Celebrity City Hotel Group, CEO of Singapore M2L Holdings Group ，President of Shuguang Hotel Group, President of S&N Hotel Group, General manager of Australian Argyle Hotel Group (Shanghai), and operating position of New Otani Hotel Group in Japan. With 23 years of hotel management, many years of domestic, Japanese, European and American hotel group headquarters operation experience. Mr. Lucky chan graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Master's Degree in HTM. He is an FCMI of Chartered Management Institute and a Professor at the Guilford Institute in Singapore.
