Ms. Rao Hong has more than 30 years of experiences in urban planning. Focusing on top-level design and strategic development control of multi-disciplinary cooperation in the planning of green ecological cities, low-carbon cities, and resilient cities, she is one of the first to implement green ecological planning index and strategies into domestic planning system-detailed control planning level. She is also experienced in multi-disciplinary and cross-departmental coordination in large-scale comprehensive planning projects and engineering projects. She participated in many national key projects, such as Beijing Shougang Carbon Neutral Demonstration Zone, Guangdong-Hong Kong Integrated Zero Carbon Sustainable Pilot Demonstration Zone in the Greater Bay Area, and Shanghai Expo Urban Best Practise Area (UBPA) Low Carbon Plan.
