Grace Xiang is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President Talent & Culture of Accor Greater China since 2021. Her visionary leadership has been pivotal in transforming the HR function at Accor Greater China.
With a master’s degree of International Hospitality Management and an unwavering commitment to ethical leadership, Grace has been instrumental in shaping the company's people-centric culture and driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives. In her ongoing commitment to Accor Greater China, Grace has recently assumed an expanded role, taking on the responsibilities of Sustainability Leader within the organization.
With the company for almost 18 years, Grace is passionate and committed to diversity, equality, and inclusion, as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR). Her dedication has led her to become the Chairperson of RiiSE Greater China – an Accor Gender
Diversity Network. Recognized for her exceptional accomplishments in CSR, she was awarded the highest corporate honor of Accor, the Gold Bernache Award in 2011.
As the Chairperson of ILO-GBDN (International Labor Organization- Global Business Disability Network) China Chapter since 2018, Grace has been continuously demonstrating her strong commitment on promoting employment of the disabilities. In 2021, Grace was selected by the Ministry of Education of China as a member of the National Catering Vocational Education Steering Committee.
