Carbon Empowerment Socety presented by Hehui Zhao

This project is based on sustainable and speculative design, aiming to establish an 'Individual Carbon Global Supervision Mechanism Account' that integrates carbon credits with social resources and social status, forming a measure of carbon power as a criterion for both individual and societal value. Through this system, individuals can be incentivized to actively engage in carbon emissions reduction actions, thus promoting a balance between economic development and natural resources. Power is considered an intangible 'wealth' that cannot exist independently or be easily transferred, requiring a social framework for its effectiveness. This design ensures that the accumulation of carbon credits is more socially effective and accountable compared to existing monetary transaction models. The project's goal is to provoke contemplation on the balance between economic development and natural resources.
