Luke Cheng is the Lead of Operations and Network at the Beijing Representative Office of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation (EMF), responsible for overseeing office operations and fostering collaborative partnerships in China. With 14 years of working experience at home and abroad, he has worked in international NGOs, government, and the private sector. His proficiencies encompass a wide array of areas, including environmental protection, sustainable development, international cooperation, and intergovernmental negotiations. He is also a holder of the Australian Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification.
